Review Our Website

The first steps are to review the services provided on the website to make sure what we offer is what you are looking for. If you have any questions, please send an email to and you will receive a response within 24 hours.


Choose Your Package and Submit Payment!

Next, you will schedule your appointment and submit payment.  You will receive a follow-up email confirming your payment and scheduled appointment date and time. If you do not receive an email or run into any issues submitting payment, please send an email to for assistance. 


Complete and Sign the Intake Form!

After you have scheduled an appointment and submitted your payment, you will complete the Intake form which you can find at the top right of the home page on the website unless you received on via email. 

After you have completed and signed the Intake form, you will receive a notification confirming receipt.



After signing up for services and submitting payment, you should receive a follow-up notification of your appointment time. Please make sure prior to your appointment, you have a pen and notepad ready to be prepared take a lot of notes as our sessions are interactive.


Also, make sure you have all pertinent documents with you for our Zoom or phone call session so you can be prepared to go over any necessary information we will be discussing.
